08 July -  Many thanks to Ashley, owner of QUICKSTEP, for sending us the following photographs taken during the Grand Parade at THE ROYAL HIGHLAND SHOW - huge congratulations to Ashley for her achievements at such a prestigious show! 

27 June -  With our very model of the perfect Sport Horse, SPS HATARA FB winning the inaugural Sport Horse Broodmare Class on 25 June at THE ROYAL HIGHLAND SHOW 2009, her foal SIENNA FB, taking second place in the Sport Horse Foal Class, and then SPS HATARA FB  taking RESERVE CHAMPION SPORT HORSE, we are very pleased to be able to share the following photographs with you.

13 June -  Following the tremendous success of our 2008 coloured colt, QUICKSTEP, at Angus Show yesterday, we have been emailed the following 2 photographs by his owner.

QUICKSTEP won the In Hand Coloured 3 Years and Under Class and then went on to take the Reserve Champion of that Section.

He also won the In Hand Warmblood/Sporthorse 3 Years and Under Class - many congratulations to his owner, Ashley, and to Kenny who was showing him at Angus, on such well-deserved wins!

29 April - Starting us off for 2009 in spectacular fashion are some truly wonderful photographs of our stock, taken on 25 April and reproduced by kind permission of Animal Snapper Photography - thank you Sian!

Also making an appearance is one of our Terriers, Rufus, photographed in the garden here at FLYINGBUCK and some of our Suffolk ewes and lambs out in the park.

But firstly, from us here in Scotland to you all wherever you may be, a gift of some spring flowers from our garden to welcome you to FLYINGBUCK...

MAYBE FB, SEMPRA FB and GOLDEN SUNSHINE FB awaiting the turnout of the mares and foals.

        Our two MEDOC mares, MAYBE FB and MADEIRA FB are seen here enjoying a quiet word           together. These two half-sisters, both now 7 years old, have been with us since they were weanlings and are great chums.

And introducing....   DAZZLE FB - this filly has it all!   She is charasmatic and beautifully conformed and even at the very young age of 9 days, she is already wowing us all with her athleticism and uphill movement in the paddock.

And doesn't she just have the sweetest of faces ? Her good looks are more than matched by a very kind and friendly temperament.  Surely one to fall in love with...

And next, we have great pleasure in presenting...  SIENNA FB -  almost too pretty for words at only five weeks old, this dark bay filly just oozes refinement, quality and presence - but with her impeccable breeding, she is no more than you would expect. A dressage diva in the making if ever we saw one! With her elevated paces, extension and free moving shoulder, we can't recommend this gorgeous, very correct filly too highly.

                                    And now meet Rufus - my shadow and seat warmer!

                     A friendly starling helping to keep the flying bug population under control.

At FLYINGBUCK, it is our policy to have all ages of stock out in the fields together, so that the foals are constantly learning manners and social skills from the 'aunties' as well as their dams - as you can see in the above photograph, it works very well and all the broodmares and foals are happily settled and grazing together.

We'd be very happy to see you all here at FLYINGBUCK (just not all at once!) to have a closer look at our FOALS 2009 - they really are very special indeed and they need to be seen to have their true quality fully appreciated - we look forward to welcoming you here at FLYINGBUCK very soon.
